Effects of Pre-Germination in Acetyl Salicylic Acid Solutions on Germination and Emergence of Carrot Seeds Under Salt Stress

In this study, the effects of pre-germination at different doses acetyl salicylic acid (ASA) solution on germination and emergence performance “Nantes” carrot cultivar (Daucus corata L.) seeds under salt stress were investigated in laboratory conditions. Seeds pre-germinated a climate cabinet for 24 hours 0, 50, 100 150 mg L-1 ASA solutions hydropiriming 15oC. After process, they divided into two groups as control groups. Both exposed to mM NaCl, response application ster was investigated. As result research, it determined that high concentration (150 NaCl) decreased seeds, dose pre-applications affected parameters seeds. According results, highest rate with 93% 0 50 NaCl interaction mg/L x interaction. It has been predicted applications increase low salinity growing environments can be used successfully.
